Discretion is central to how X-Sensory operates. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the choices you have. Because of the nature of what we sell, we treat your information as sensitive and limit how it is used and shared.

1. Information we collect

  • You give us: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (optional), and what you order.
  • Payment information: handled by our third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive a confirmation and limited details needed to manage the order.
  • Age verification: information used to confirm you are 18 or older. Where a third-party verification service is used, it is handled under that provider's terms; we retain only the minimum record needed to show a check occurred.
  • Automatically: device and browser data, IP address, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
  • Support: anything you include when you contact us.

2. How we use information

We use your information to: process, fulfill, and ship orders; verify age and prevent fraud; provide customer support; send order and service messages; send marketing only where you have opted in; meet legal and tax obligations; and operate, secure, and improve the Site.

3. Discreet billing and packaging

Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Charges appear under a discreet billing descriptor rather than an explicit product name. We design our communications to avoid disclosing the nature of your purchase to anyone but you.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf: payment processors, shipping carriers, age-verification vendors, fraud-prevention tools, email and hosting providers, all bound to use it only to provide their service.

5. Age-verification data

  • California (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@x-sensory.com.
  • EU/UK (GDPR): If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, or to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, contact sales@x-sensory.com.

10. Children

The Site and our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Effective date” shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
